Steven Swientozielskyj BA (hons), FCMA, CGMA, MBA

A Fraud Investigator, Chartered Accountant, 1980’s Computer Scientist, Dramatist, Filmmaker and Author, Nigel has for over a quarter of a century assisted in early detection and removal of the fraud and corruption and its harmful effects..

More than anything, Nigel desires that everyone learns to see, spot and remove the enormous toxic costs due to fraud and corruption, making fraud detection and awareness the skills of the many, rather than the protected turf of the elite few. In 2005, he embarked on a journey together with fraud analytics guru, John Wallhoff to develop a pre-crime fraud search engine today known as “B4”, which consists of a compact set of algorithms and methodology to help every organisation detect and eradicate fraud.

Stephen Smith
Operations Director for Business Partnering Global Ltd

Stephen brings a wealth of finance and business experience from the technology, oil and gas and rail industry sectors. He has held a number of senior finance and planning positions within the rail industry in the areas of analysis, control, accounting and shared services. He has led a number of key initiatives including: the creation of a shared services centre, process benchmarking exercises and a variety of complex change projects including the insourcing of new operations and efficiency drives.

For 10 years Stephen led the recruitment, mentoring and development of the finance graduate programme within shared services. He also worked closely with Human Resources, Procurement and Information Technology partners and stakeholders, in support of operational and change initiatives.

He previously supported the development of the new CIMA Shared Services certificate qualification and led the development and technical assessment of 700 objective test questions.

Stephen’s primary role in BPG Ltd is to lead the development, production and quality assessment of all the business partnering and finance courses.

Stephen has a degree in Economics, is a CIMA qualified management accountant and fellow (FCMA) and holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde. He also has qualifications in project management (APM and PRINCE2) and has been trained to black belt standard in Six Sigma.

With a distinction in MBA, Marketing from Nottingham Business School, UK and a B.Tech. from JNTU, Hyderabad, India and experience of more than 14 years in Sales, Sales Management and Leadership, Rohit brings in a strong balance of knowledge and applicability.

Rohit started his career with Oracle and rose through the hierarchy in sales verticals in various roles at mid-size and start-ups alike. He worked internationally in the US, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Gulf. After having pursued a strong success in sales, Rohit moved into consulting.

More recently, Rohit has worked in strategic roles with XSEED Education and HandyTrain to lead their Inside Sales development initiatives. 

Rohit brings his passion for Inside Sales development, the ability to understand the nuances of the process and sharing his rich experience in sales & training domain, to make a measurable progress.

At Business Partnering Global, Rohit currently heads the India business and guides on Marketing & Client Acquisition.

Chrishan Mendis
Marketing Consultant

Chrishan is a Marketing and Finance professional with an extensive 35 years exposure in Global Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing being the former Managing Director of a diverse Manufacturing sector and Marketing operations in the UK. 

Chrishan will be in a consultative role in the development of Marketing strategies with focus in Sri Lanka and other Asian/ Far Eastern countries with the exception of India.

Chrishan is a BSc (Honours) graduate from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, a FCMA (Fellow of the Chartered Management Accountants), a FCIM (Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing) and a Chartered Marketer
